# CLI overview

Install the LittleDemo CLI and understand the command groups.

The CLI is the fastest way to create projects, generate demos, inspect status, and run scripts from CI.

## Install

```bash
npm install -g @littledemo/cli
```

Both binaries work:

```bash
littledemo --help
ld --help
```

## Commands

| Command | Purpose |
| --- | --- |
| `littledemo login` | Sign in with a browser or API key. |
| `littledemo init` | Run the first-demo wizard. |
| `littledemo setup` | Install repo agent guidance and optional PR demo automation. |
| `littledemo projects list` | List projects. |
| `littledemo projects create` | Create a project. |
| `littledemo demos list` | List demos. |
| `littledemo demos create` | Generate a demo. |
| `littledemo demos upload` | Upload a local MP4/WebM as a ready demo. |
| `littledemo demos wait` | Block until a demo finishes; prints share URLs. |
| `littledemo demos batch` | Create demos from a file (one prompt per line), JSON results. |
| `littledemo record` | Record a URL locally (works on localhost); `--upload` to host it. |
| `littledemo mcp` | MCP stdio server for AI agents. |
| `littledemo demos get` | Print demo JSON. |
| `littledemo demos open` | Open a demo share page. |

`littledemo setup --yes` writes the public LittleDemo skill to `.claude/skills/littledemo/SKILL.md` and adds managed guidance to `AGENTS.md`. PR demo videos are a separate opt-in: `littledemo setup --pr-demos --yes` also writes `.github/workflows/littledemo-pr-demo.yml`.

## Global flags

You can also set:
